Payment and Delivery Methods

Payment Methods

Payment is possible only in Serbian dinars.

The Buyer is able to pay for the ordered goods using one of the following methods:

Cash on delivery

When paying cash on delivery, the Buyer pays for the order in cash to the courier upon delivery. Payment by card to the courier is not possible.

Bank transfer payment

The Buyer can pay for their order by direct payment to the Seller’s business account, indicating the appropriate reference number. Payment can be made using a standard payment slip at any post office or bank, or via the Internet if the Buyer has Internet access to their account (e-banking). The payment account is: 265-2010310005021-30 at Raiffeisen Bank.

Delivery of Goods

The Seller delivers the goods ordered in the Web store to the Buyer via courier service throughout Serbia.

If the Buyer has chosen cash on delivery payment, they will pay for the goods in cash to the courier upon receipt of the package.

By cooperating with the courier service, the Seller will make every effort to ensure that the Buyer always receives their package on time and without any damage.

However, the Seller recommends that the Buyer check the exterior of the packaging for any damage when receiving the package.

The goods are delivered to the entrance of the recipient’s house or building and the couriers are not obliged to bring the package into the building.

Goods are not delivered on weekends.

The delivery period is 1 to 3 business days unless otherwise noted. The Seller will inform the Buyer in a timely manner of any different delivery period.

Courier service prices apply for delivery of orders – who pays and when.

Upon receipt of the package, the Buyer is obliged to check the packaging and report to the Seller as soon as possible (on the same day) if any damage is noticed.

The Buyer is obliged to ask the courier to make a record of any damage.

The record must be made on the spot, especially in the case of visible damage to the packaging.

Without such a record, the Seller will not be able to accept the Buyer’s warranty claim if the product is damaged.
